In her previous career as a hospital president, Cheryl was blessed with working with the best team ever. Others often remarked “they made it look easy” and she founded reCalibrate and created the Be99® Guiding Questions Framework to help other leaders and organizations begin their own journey to 99th percentile performance as well.

Cheryl is a recovering perfectionist who learned the hard way that you don’t get better if you don’t start. She has a gift of creating clarity and finding simplicity that others often just can’t see and uses it to help leaders carve the best path forward for themselves and their organizations.
